The Intensives
The Intensives are alchemy for the soul. Each Intensive will take you on a deeper journey within, transforming the base matter of your soul to grace. We leave no corner untouched as we navigate our way through the labyrinth of your psyche.
The inspiration for the Intensives was to give people the opportunity for real change. This is isn't a weekend workshop that you will walk away from and go back to your 'normal' life. The Intensive integrates and becomes a new way of being and then the magic begins.

The Intensives are a gift that I've been blessed to give you. They are for the true seeker who is ready to be fully awakened.

Intensive I
for radical healing
During Intensive I, we get clarity on our Image/Ego/False Self versus our True Self.
We venture into the past to stand more firmly in our present. We take an honest look at what keeps us from feeling connected, fulfilled, and achieving our dreams. You will begin to see what subconscious patterns are running your life. Your intuition will begin to awaken.
Intensive II
for radical consciousness
Intensive I, gave us clarity between our Image and our True Self. We now know our core wounds and how our Image protects them.
Intensive II continues the journey through the labyrinth of our psyches but now we will go deeper into our emotional centers, getting closer to the gold. We will gain a better understanding of why we suffer by unveiling what's at play in our subconscious and exposing our shadows.
We will also begin to understand how universal energy or divinity plays a part in our everyday lives and how to harness that energy to create the lives we want to live.

Intensive III
for radical grace
We've come a long way through Intensive I and Intensive II and are now ready to attune our intuition by knowing what exists in our baser selves and rising above it from having known it.
​
Now that we have cleared some of our blocks, Intensive III, for radical grace will find us ready to direct the energy through our bodies and souls, as we are now truly living our dreams.
​
During Intensive III we will have direct experience of this energy with horses as our guides. .
The Details
At the start of each Intensive, you will receive a workbook via email, which holds a series of exercises created to generate greater consciousness. The exercises build on one another to reveal our Truth. We do the exercises together.
The journey takes place on Zoom for two hours a day over a series of four days. The days and times are scheduled to fit your schedule. It is 1:1 coaching experience with Stacey.
